Users must be 18 years or older to create an account and use our platform.
Each user is allowed to create only one account. Multiple accounts will be deactivated.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information to maintain their accounts.
Sharing account access with other individuals is strictly prohibited.

Users must have sufficient funds in their accounts to execute transactions or investments.
All transactions are subject to review and approval by our platform's authorized process.
The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction that violates platform policies or applicable regulations.
As a regulated platform, we do not allow withdrawals while an investment plan is still active.
Our company card will be eligible for all investors who maintain a total deposit history of USD 10,000. Note: Withdrawal requests might be denied until the card is activated. Physical card delivery typically takes no longer than 7 business days and works instantly.

Users acknowledge that all investments involve risk, and our platform’s tools help in managing their own risk.
Users must agree to the platform's risk disclosure statement before executing any transactions or investments.
The platform provides tools and resources to help users manage risk, but it does not guarantee protection against losses.

Each investment plan has a maximum limit of two or three reinvestments according to the plan's terms and conditions.
After reaching the reinvestment limit, users must choose a different investment plan or add funds to move to the next investment plan.

Users must provide identification documents and other information as required by the platform to comply with AML and KYC regulations.
AML regulations may require an external service charge from investors to cover verification activities.
The platform may freeze or terminate accounts engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activities.
Users must promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the platform's compliance team.

The platform is committed to protecting user privacy and safeguarding personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users must consent to the platform's privacy policy and terms of use before creating an account.
The platform may share user information with cybersecurity service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Users must first attempt to resolve disputes with the platform through customer support channels.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to an independent authority or relevant regulatory body.
The platform's decision on any dispute is final and binding on all parties.

The platform may periodically update its features and functionality to improve user experience and maintain security.
Users will be notified of any scheduled maintenance or downtime in advance.
During maintenance, a service fee may be applied.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or discontinue its services at any time without notice.

Investment plans have a fixed duration as specified in the plan's terms and conditions.
Users may renew their investment plans at the end of the duration, subject to availability and platform approval.
If an investment plan is not renewed, users must choose a different plan or withdraw their profits.

Users may modify or terminate their investment plans at any time, subject to the plan's terms and conditions.
Modification or termination may result in fees or penalties as specified in the plan's terms and conditions.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when reinvesting in investment plans.
The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any reinvestment that violates platform policies or applicable regulations.
By using our platform, users agree to abide by these rules and regulations. The platform may update or amend these policies from time to time, and users are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
